After 9 months in the ground, our garlic is dug in July. After curing for several weeks, it can be stored for many months, in a cool dry place. Never store in the refrigerator
California White and Lorz Italian have the longest storage at 7-9 months; Spanish Roja 5-6 months; Georgian Crystal and Romanian Red 6-7 months
